Terms & Conditions
Last updated 1 July 2026Booking with us means agreeing to a few plain terms — what you're paying for, what we're responsible for, and what happens when plans change. Here's the plain-language version, with the full detail below.
- Your booking is confirmed once we receive the advance payment stated in your quote, in writing.
- Prices are per the itinerary agreed at booking — currency swings or fuel surcharges may adjust the balance, and we'll always tell you before they do.
- We book flights, hotels and ground services as your agent, coordinating directly with each supplier.
- If we materially change your itinerary, you can accept the change, choose an alternative of equal value, or cancel under our standard terms.
1. Acceptance of these terms
By paying the advance amount on a quote, you accept these terms on behalf of everyone named on that booking. If you're booking for family members who aren't present, you're confirming you have their authority to do so.
2. Booking and payment
A booking is confirmed once we've received the advance amount stated in your written quote. The balance is due by the date stated on your booking confirmation — usually 30 days before departure for domestic trips and 45 days for international trips. Late payment can affect fares and availability we've held on your behalf.
3. Prices and surcharges
Prices are quoted against the itinerary agreed at booking. Occasionally, currency movements, fuel surcharges, or a government tax change can affect the balance due — if this happens, we'll tell you the revised amount in writing before it's charged, not after.
4. Our role as your booking agent
We arrange flights, hotels, transport and local services on your behalf, coordinating directly with each supplier. Those suppliers' own terms and conditions — an airline's baggage policy, a hotel's check-in rules — apply alongside ours, and we'll flag anything unusual before you book.
5. Traveller responsibilities
- Valid passports, visas and any required vaccination documents for every traveller
- Disclosing pre-existing medical conditions relevant to insurance or the itinerary's pace
- Arriving for transfers, flights and activities at the times confirmed in your itinerary
6. If we need to change your itinerary
If circumstances beyond our control force a material change — a hotel closure, a flight schedule change — we'll offer you a comparable alternative, or you can cancel under our Cancellation & Refund Policy rather than our standard charges.
7. Limitation of liability
We plan and coordinate your trip with care, but we aren't liable for the acts of independent suppliers (airlines, hotels, local operators) beyond what those suppliers themselves are liable for, nor for delays or losses caused by events outside anyone's reasonable control — weather, strikes, or government action.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by Indian law, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai.
9. Questions
Your travel manager can walk you through how any of this applies to your specific booking — ask before you pay the advance, not after.
