Rajasthan Incentive Retreat
Day-by-day itinerary
Delegates land at Jaipur from Delhi and Mumbai across the morning. A staffed arrival desk at the airport, coaches in waves, keys pre-assigned. Welcome lunch on arrival, a two-hour opening plenary in the late afternoon, then dinner on the lawn with Langa musicians and Kalbeliya dancers.

Where you'll stay
Held on a soft block until the programme is confirmed. Above roughly 160 delegates we split across two adjacent properties with a shared conference venue, which changes the transport plan and the costing — your programme manager will flag it at proposal stage.

What this trip costs
₹90,000 – ₹1,65,000 per personPer delegate on twin sharing, exclusive of flights and GST. Where a programme lands in this range comes down to headcount, room category, how much of the AV and staging you need, and the season — November to February peaks, and the Jaipur wedding weeks are effectively unbookable. We build the costing line by line against your brief, so you can see exactly what the awards night or a second conference day adds before you approve anything.

Kartik does the site inspection himself, is on the ground from the first arrival to the last departure, and carries the delegate manifest, the rooming list and the venue permissions in one place.
Families who took this trip
“The arrival waves were the part I was most nervous about and they were seamless — desk at the airport, keys ready, nobody standing in a lobby. Nahargarh as the Day 2 venue got more internal buzz than the awards night did.”
Shalini Iyer · HR lead, sales incentive, 120 delegates · February 2026“One hotel for four nights kept the whole thing manageable and the conference day actually ran to time. Kartik was visible all week without hovering.”
Rohit Bhandari · Regional sales head, 84 delegates · November 2025“Strong programme, and the vegetarian and Jain counters were handled better than at any offsite we've run. The Samode drive back after the gala was long for a late night — we'd keep the gala on property next time.”
Farida Contractor · Events manager, channel partner programme, 150 delegates · March 2026
