Day-by-day itinerary

Your tour manager meets the group at Schiphol arrivals and travels with you to the hotel. Nothing scheduled beyond a late-afternoon glass-topped canal cruise through the Grachtengordel and an early Indian dinner — day one is built for the time change, not for sightseeing.

11 breakfasts at your hotels · 10 dinners, nine of them at Indian restaurants in Amsterdam, Paris, Lucerne, Venice and Florence, plus a Roman trattoria for the farewell dinner.A vegetarian main course is available at every included meal, and Jain meals can be arranged at the Indian dinners with two weeks' notice. We do not promise a pure-vegetarian kitchen on this route — European hotel breakfast buffets serve meat at the same counter, and we would rather say so now than at check-in.Lunches are deliberately left open so the group can eat where it happens to be. Your tour manager carries a vetted shortlist per city, including the vegetarian options.
